The national patent pre-examination management platform was launched, and the cross-examination of pre-examiners was implemented. The average pre-examination period was shortened to 3 days, and the one-time authorization volume reached more than 99%. In 2021, 1,381 patents were accepted in the fast track, 948 patents were authorized, 103 new enterprises were registered, and 339 works were registered as copyright agents. Formulate the work plan of classification and supervision of intellectual property credit rating in Guzhen lighting market and measures of classification and supervision of intellectual property credit rating, issue early warning announcements of agencies violating regulations, and constantly regulate pre-examination applications.
There were 387 patent administrative law enforcement cases, including 31 administrative adjudication cases of patent infringement disputes, 9 administrative adjudication cases and 20 infringement judgments.
